A unique setting 

Nestling in the  Champagne region of France, in the unspoilt area of the Haute Marne, lies La Forge de Sainte Marie.

This exceptional site has a rich fauna and flora : a multitude of wild orchids grow in abundance and over 50 different species of birds have been spotted,  including the Hooper.

Numerous rare trees can be found on site along side oak trees from over 200 years old in the wooded area of this beautiful campsite.

The river rongeant, created from a natural source, meanders through the Estate and widens into a small trout fishing lake.  The sound of the waterfall can be appreciated whilst sipping a glass of champagne from the restaurant terrace.

A great family holiday destination 

A choice of spacious emplacements have been created in harmony with the natural surroundings   with a choice of large grassy pitches, along the riverside, shaded by the oak trees or simply under the blue sky.
La Forge (the old ironworks) and its outbuildings, from the 1700, once powered by the river rongeant, has been tastfully restored to house all modern facilities such as indoor swimming pool, reception, restaurant  and gites.
